1:1 Executive Coaching

Coaching partnerships consisting of regular, goal focused, coaching sessions with an ICF credentialed coach.

Designed for high-performing and high-potential leaders who want to expand their impact, our coaching partnerships focus on clarity, confidence, and intentional leadership.

Each partnership begins with an inward look—helping leaders understand how their mindset, energy, and communication patterns shape their leadership and results. Through honest reflection and ongoing dialogue, leaders gain awareness of how they’re showing up, especially under pressure.

From there, we work together to define how they want to lead—and what needs to shift to get there. That clarity becomes a north star, guiding decisions, priorities, and behavior to support stronger teams and more consistent outcomes.

While coaching can be powerful on its own, it’s often most effective when connected to the broader organizational context. That’s why we stay aligned with organizational goals and, when appropriate, integrate coaching into larger leadership or team initiatives.

  • The exact structure of each coaching partnership is customized based on where the leader is in their leadership journey. For example; a partnership for a leader who is new in their role or organization might be focused on understanding/honing their leadership style, and helping them lean into their strengths, while a partnership for a leader who is looking to advance to the next level in their organization might be centered around a 360 peer feedback assessment helping them address gaps and leadership habits that might prevent them from being as effective as they can be.

Team & Group Development

Leadership offsites, team-building, and training/development workshops customized for groups of all sizes.

Energy Leadership Training

An interactive workshop that teaches the basics of Energy Leadership™ principles and equips teams with a shared framework to work together more effectively.

Our unique Energy Leadership™ Foundations workshop, built on the core principles of Bruce D. Schneider, introduces teams to the principles of Energy Leadership, helping participants understand how the energy behind their thoughts shapes their outcomes in both work and life.

The Energy Leadership™ Foundations workshop was designed for leaders and teams operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments who want to improve how they show up under pressure, and work together more effectively. It provides a simple yet effective framework that can be utilized to help individuals use energy so that it supports them in achieving their desired outcomes.

Participants gain practical tools to reduce friction, shift perspective, and focus on what matters most. The framework can be applied individually, within teams, or across the organization—making it a powerful lever for improving communication, collaboration, and performance.

Many organizations pair this training with follow-up coaching or team development to ensure insights translate into sustained behavior change and organizational impact.

Our work follows a clear but adaptable process—designed to meet your organization where it is and evolve as needs become clearer.

We begin by working with an executive, senior leader, or member of the people/HR team to understand their leadership development goals, and get a sense of the intricacies of their organization. While we see common patterns across organizations, we also know your people, your history, and your culture, are essential to understand  before designing anything.

As we build that understanding and partnership , blind spots surface, and we’re able to identify and address what’s really driving results—or getting in the way of them. From there, we determine the most impactful place to start. Sometimes that’s individual coaching. Sometimes it’s team or group development. Often, it’s a combination. What matters most is that the work is aligned to your organization’s real challenges—not assumed ones.
